Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Chatel, in the Bechigne area, the residence “4 elements” is at 15 minutes by foot from the heart of the village.

The bus stop for the free shuttle, located at only 100 meters away from the residence’s entrance, will grant you an easy access to the severeal ski lifts on the resort, as well as the village and its activities, restaurants and bars.

You will be close to the center, activities and ski lifts, while being in a calm and peaceful location by day and by night.


The residence “4 elements” was achieved in December 2016, as a result, all apartments are brand new and offer optimal comfort as well as a contemporary and modern decoration.

Each apartment has a private ski locker and a nice valley view.


This apartment, very well equipped and tastefully decorated, can comfortably accomodate 6 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and its total superficy of 90m².

Description

  • Dining area, open on the living room, with a large table for 8 people.
  • Living room with a large sofa, a flat screen TV, DVD player and a hi-fi system
  • Access to the large angle balcony that has a valley view and an outdoor table

The 3 bedrooms :

  • A bedroom with a double bed “King Size” and cupboards
  • Two bedrooms, each of them have 2 single beds, that can be made as double beds
  • A bathroom with an Italian shower and a bath

OPTIONS

  • Final Cleaning : Included in the price.
    The final cleaning does not include the kitchen, dishes and trashes. Should it must be done, an additional 80€ will be charged to guests.
  • Bath Towels : Included ; 1 large & 1 small towel per person.
  • Bed Sheets : Included in the price and the beds are made upon your arrival.
  • Cancellation Insurance : Optional on request – 4% of the rental price.
